1. About LooQN
LooQN is built around the idea of “voices you can hear because you’re nearby.”
You can browse nearby posts (main posts and comments) and reply to them.

2. Getting Started

Location permission:
Allowing location access helps LooQN show posts around you.
You can still use the app without location permission, but some features may be limited.

Viewing posts:
Tap an icon on the map to open post details. Some posts may only be viewable when you are nearby.

Commenting (reply):
Open a post and type your comment at the bottom of the detail screen, then send.

How posts are handled:
Posts may be deleted after a certain period. To protect privacy, the posting location may be adjusted so an
exact point cannot be identified.
3. FAQ
Can I use LooQN with Location Services turned off?
Yes. Location permission improves features like showing nearby posts.
Without location permission, the app can still be used, but some features (such as fetching or posting
nearby content) may be limited.
I can’t see any posts
- Check your connection (Wi-Fi / cellular).
- If the screen requires location, confirm your device’s location settings.
- Try restarting the app.
I found inappropriate content
You can report it from the post detail screen. We take action on content that violates our community
guidelines.
I want to delete my account or data
Please send a deletion request from within the app settings, or contact us by email.
To confirm ownership, we may ask for additional information related to your sign-in method.
4. Troubleshooting

The app is slow or crashes:
Restart the app / Free up device storage / Update to the latest version

The map is blank or keeps loading:
Switch networks (Wi-Fi ↔ cellular) / Temporarily disable VPN or content blockers / Check device location and
network settings
If the issue persists, please contact us. Providing your device model, OS version, app version, and steps to
reproduce will help us troubleshoot faster.
