These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for the provision and use of LooQN (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). By using the Service, all users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope and Acceptance)

These Terms apply to all matters relating to the provision and use of the Service.
Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms at the time they begin using the Service.

The operator will handle Users' personal information appropriately in accordance with a separately established privacy policy.

Article 7 (Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

Notices from the operator to Users will be made by display within the Service, by email, or by other methods deemed appropriate by the operator.

Article 9 (Account Suspension and Deletion)

The Service is currently provided free of charge.
If a paid service is introduced in the future, it will be announced in advance within the Service.

Article 11 (Non-Assignment of Rights and Obligations)

Users may not assign, lend, or pledge their status under the Service or any rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of the operator.

Article 12 (Amendment of Terms)

The operator may amend these Terms as necessary. The amended Terms will take effect from the time they are displayed within the Service.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the operator as the court of first instance.
