Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for the provision and use of LooQN (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). By using the Service, all users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope and Acceptance)

These Terms apply to all matters relating to the provision and use of the Service.
Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms at the time they begin using the Service.

Article 2 (User Registration and Account Management)

• To use the Service, Users must register an account in the manner prescribed by the operator.
• Registration is limited to persons 13 years of age or older.
• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information and promptly update any changes.
• Users are responsible for managing their account and password, and must not lend, transfer, or sell their account to any third party.
• Users are fully responsible for any use of their account by third parties.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that cause nuisance, defamation, discrimination, threats, or harassment to other users or third parties
• Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent, etc.) of the operator or third parties
• Unauthorized access to the Service system, cracking, reverse engineering, etc.
• Use of the Service for business, promotion, advertising, solicitation, or other commercial purposes without the operator's consent
• Lending, transferring, or selling accounts to third parties, or similar acts
• Sending chain messages, unsolicited bulk messages (spam), or similar acts
• Acts that harm the sound upbringing of minors, including child pornography, child abuse, or use for dating purposes
• Registering or providing false information
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the operator

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

• All content provided through the Service (text, images, programs, etc.) is the property of the operator or the rightful owner.
• The copyright of content posted by Users belongs to the respective User. However, Users grant the operator the right to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content free of charge for the operation and promotion of the Service.
• Users warrant that their posts do not infringe the rights of third parties.

Article 5 (Handling of Personal Information)

The operator will handle Users' personal information appropriately in accordance with a separately established privacy policy.

Article 6 (Advertisements)

The Service may display advertisements from the operator or third parties.
The operator shall not be liable for any trouble or damage resulting from such advertisements or linked sites.

Article 7 (Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

• The operator provides the Service "as is" and makes no warranties regarding its completeness, accuracy, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, or safety.
• Users shall use the Service at their own risk.
• The operator shall not be liable for any damages suffered by Users or third parties, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the operator.
• The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without prior notice. The operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such actions.
• The operator is not responsible for any trouble caused by Users' communication environment or devices.

Article 8 (Notices and Communication)

Notices from the operator to Users will be made by display within the Service, by email, or by other methods deemed appropriate by the operator.

Article 9 (Account Suspension and Deletion)

• If a User violates these Terms, the operator may, without prior notice, suspend or delete the User's account, or restrict the use of the Service.
• Users may delete their own account at any time by the method prescribed by the operator.
• Upon suspension or deletion of an account, posted data may be deleted and cannot be restored.

Article 10 (Fees and Charges)

The Service is currently provided free of charge.
If a paid service is introduced in the future, it will be announced in advance within the Service.

Article 11 (Non-Assignment of Rights and Obligations)

Users may not assign, lend, or pledge their status under the Service or any rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of the operator.

Article 12 (Amendment of Terms)

The operator may amend these Terms as necessary. The amended Terms will take effect from the time they are displayed within the Service.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the operator as the court of first instance.
